Process of Submitting DSC Application Form

  • Download DSC Application form, take printout and stamp and sign digital signature application form.
    • PDF Format Digital Signature Certificate Form
    • Word Format Digital Signature Certificate Form
  • Send us required documents for processing Digital Signature Certificates along with application Form.
  • Documents Required for application of Digital Signature
    • In case of a Limited Company under the Companies Act.
      • Self Attested copy of certificate of incorporation or trade licence.
      • Self Attested copy of any one of the latest bill of water / electricity / power / telephone / credit card /PAN Card/ voter's ID card / driving license/ passport in the applicant's name for address confirmation (as Proof of residence).
      • Self Attested copy of IEC Code.
      • Self attested copy of income tax return or bank statment.
      • Authorization letter in the precribe format on the letter head of organization.

  • Submit the nexim renewal form along with the payment of Rs. 1500/- to Mahavir Law House.
    • In case you require new etoken kindly add Rs. 1000/- towards etoken cost.
    • Since april 4 2011 nexim is issuing dsc of 2048 bits keylength which cannot be incorporated in 32K etoken.
