Rutvik Sanghvi is a Chartered Accountant and Partner in Rashmin Sanghvi & Associates. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. He joined Rashmin Sanghvi & Associates in 2007 and is involved in the firm’s core International tax and Regulatory advisory service areas involved with cross-border entity structuring; inbound & outbound strategy; transfer pricing; as well as its Income-tax and FEMA compliance services.

He has earlier worked with the Indian network firm of KPMG with their Corporate Tax team and was involved in several advisory projects covering international tax as also domestic corporate tax.

He takes active part in professional organisations and is a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society (BCAS) Managing Committee; Convenor of its International Taxation Committee; and member of its Journal Committee. He is also member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants’ (CTC) International Taxation Committee and a Convenor of its Intensive Study Group on International tax.

He has authored articles in professional tax journals and for the CTC Compendium on International Taxation (3rd Edition). He has given various presentations at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and at the BCAS and CTC.

Apart from his passion for international tax, he also holds an avid interest in international economics, technology & photography.
