Current Assignment: Working as a Dean of the “School of Management Studies”, GIET University, Gunupur, and heading it since 2013.

 Leadership: Headed management colleges under the banner of ICFAI, WLC (I) and some colleges under BPUT-Odisha since last 15 years, added with 18 years of association with brands like Nestle, Dalmia Industries and Marie Stopes etc. performing multiple responsibilities.

 Functional Strength: Expose to revenue maximization through students’ intake, launching and of new course in PG and UG level including reviving some sick colleges.

 Value addition: Heading multiple teams for students’ intake, placement added with academic activities like BoS, DRC, IQAC of the School of Management Studies.

 Academics: Successfully designing and imparting programmes to accelerate students’ employability through Knowledge, Skill and Attitude.

 Teaching: Imparting teaching in the area of Strategic Management and Marketing added with guiding research scholars in various area of management.

 Publication: Published 20 research papers in indexed journals and edited books and presented papers in many international and national seminars conducted by IIM-A & IIT-K etc.

 Consultancy: Worked as a consultant to ITC, G4S, Redico Khaitan & WIPRO etc.
