CA Mahadev Birla is a Qualified Chartered Accountant. Passed CA Final Examination in the year 2008. He possesses vast experience in Financial Management, Taxation Management, Internal Audits, Project Audit, Secretarial Audits, Company Secretarial work, and management accounting across various industries, especially real estate, construction, EPC Services, Manufacturing etc.

He has more than a decade of experience in the Real Estate Industry. He advises on RERA matters in various states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bengaluru, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan. He also appears before the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Gujarat Real Estate Appellate Tribunal in the matter related to RERA.

He co-Authored a Book ‘E-filing Guide on Form-3 and Form-5 under RERA’ Published by ICAI Ahmedabad. He regularly writes on RERA for web media like Taxmann, ICAI Ahmedabad Newsletter and WIRC-ICAI Newsletter. He is a regular speaker for RERA at various forums like ICAI Ahmedabad, ICSI Ahmedabad, ICAI, Lucknow, WIRC-ICAI, MahaSewa-Mumbai, CPE Study Circle etc.

He is presently a member of the Website & Newsletter Committee of ICAI Ahmedabad and served as a Core member of the RERA study group of WIRC of ICAI.
