He has rich and varied experience of handling multifaceted and complex indirect tax assignments with core area of expertise in service tax and sales tax/VAT on PAN India basis. During his rich experience of over 10 years in the field of indirect taxes, Kishore has successfully represented numerous corporate clients before various tax offices and other government authorities for assessments, audits, responding to notices, litigation (advance rulings, appeals, reviews, clarifications) etc. He specialises in structuring business models for client projects to identify tax planning opportunities and partnering with the client teams in indirect tax (regular & assessment related) compliances on an on-going basis. She has rich and varied experience of providing strategic advice to several multinational clients in business structuring, due diligence reviews and litigation. Her core area of expertise is Service tax and Customs & Foreign Trade Policy. She has vast experience of dealing with market leaders in various sectors/industries with in-depth specialization in sectors like Information Technology, EPC, Banking, FMCG and Telecom.
