Hem Chand Jain is a Professor and officiating Principal at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi. He has been teaching IT-based papers for the last thirty years and has published eight papers in reputed journals. He is also the author of a book titled 'An Introduction to HTML'.

He has presented several papers at international and conferences, workshops and symposiums. He has delivered several lectures and has conducted various workshops in the field of ICT. He has represented teachers in the Academic Council of the University of Delhi twice. He has been convener for three orientation courses conducted by CPDHE, University of Delhi.
