Description
This book is the courseware for the Certified Bank Trainer course offered by the Institute. The focus of the book is on Human Resource Development with stress on training activities and faculty development. Since Human Resource Development and Training are deeply interlinked with one another, the book includes both these aspects to the extent relevant to training. The book is compiled and prepared with contemporary and updated inputs, with the objective of inculcating advanced skills for handling training particularly in emerging areas in banking and finance. It aims to provide inputs for improving presentation skills, developing comprehension, conceptualization, creativity and control over the class room sessions.
