Perjury" means swearing to a false statement.

According to Legal Glossary, "Prejury" means violation of a promise made an oath: the action of swearing to a statement known to be false.

As per Webster's New Explorer Dictionary, "Perjury" means the voluntary violation of an oath to tell the truth.

The term "Perjury" means 'a person score absolutely and falsely concerned point material to issue in question in a judicial proceedings. No complaint for perjury should be preferred unle ss there is some prima facie evidence that the statement is intentionally false.
